Meet Taylore
The baker and heart behind Toast of the Town Bakehouse, a sourdough-focused micro bakery based in Plant City, Florida.
What started as a TikTok video and a little curiosity quickly became a passion. After giving sourdough a try, Taylore began baking for friends and family—and soon, word spread.
With orders rolling in and a growing demand for traditional sourdough within her community, a hobby became something more: Toast of the Town Bakehouse.
Today, Taylore brings handcrafted sourdough to her community through local market pop-ups and weekly porch pickups.
